VCE Business Management Units 1–4 explore the planning, establishment, management, and transformation of businesses.

Starting off, the subject focuses on how business ideas develop and the internal and external factors influencing business planning. Furthermore, students examine the legal, financial, marketing, and operational requirements needed to launch a business successfully.

Beginning Unit 3, students are required to analyse management styles, corporate culture, and strategies for optimising human resources and business performance. Transitioning forward, the subject explores change management, leadership in business transformation, and strategies for long-term success.
